We’ll talk about the type of home you’re looking for, your preferred areas, must-have features, and any questions or concerns you may have. This helps me create a focused search strategy and make the home-buying process as smooth as possible.
3. Gathering Listings
Let the fun begin! I’ll start sending listings that match your preferred areas, price range, and the features that matter most to you.
As you review homes, let me know what you like and don’t like. Your feedback helps me fine-tune the search so we can quickly narrow down the best options and focus on homes that truly fit your needs.
4. Schedule Showings
See any favorites? Let me know and we’ll schedule property tours so you can experience the homes in person.
During each showing, we’ll look beyond the photos and consider the layout, condition, location, and overall feel of the property. I’ll also help answer questions and point out important details so you can make an informed decision.
5. Explore Financing
Once we find the right place, we’ll review the financial details and make sure you understand what to expect before moving forward.
